We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the course/product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.

If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 14 days of your purchase of the course, that Ray Brown apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course, audiobook (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day time limit has passed. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 14-day limit. Ray Brown also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 14-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next course or audiobook purchases on our website, but can’t be used for purchases in our mobile or TV applications. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period, and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms or our Student Rules, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund :

  • you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
