The eight rules of life, balance, mindfulness, abundance, health––signify the infinite connections of our aura with the quantum worlds. Our consciousness is based on a set of attachments to our reality. What is reality? The world laid out in front of you that was defined by others and told to you over and over; this is our reality.

Reality is subjective. Science is the pursuit of knowledge and understanding of the natural and social world following a systematic methodology based on evidence. There is no evidence of how dreams work, or someone coming back from being pronounced dead in a hospital. If you’re constantly trying to define your reality from the observations of others, instead of yourself. Then you’re an echo of their perception of reality. Your reality is not yours, nor are your values or morals. The word authentic has been used a lot lately. What does that mean to you? How does one become authentic? That’s a great thing to discover and explore.
